Our Story

Multipro Ltd is a company specializing in construction of new projects, renovation and remodeling of existing properties.

It started its operations during November 2002 and since then it grew into a full fleshed organization with 100 staff and a head office of 15. The company is based in Nicosia but maintains an office in Limassol for operational reasons. It operates and is in full coordination with its sister company Estia S.A. in Greece which is involved in the exact same field. Estia can undertake projects all over Greece (including the islands) and can be as flexible as possible with moving labour force around Greece.

Since the foundation of our company, our true goal is to provide the best quality service, in order to achieve total client satisfaction. This is best achieved firstly through our staff’s knowledge, specialization and experience, and then through the professionalism of the collaborators and/or sub-contractors we select. Our experience and knowledge have allowed us to acquire a valuable tool of know-how for the study and implementation of each project. The in-depth study of each project is what ensures that advanced technological methods will be put in place.

Multipro is registered as a Class ‘A’ building contractor and can undertake any type of project in the range of contract price Euro 0.2 million up to Euro 20 million. The projects taken could be small conversions or renovations or major development projects, such as shopping centers, blocks of flats or villas.
